Visited yesterday with my mum and 5 month old baby. After getting pram set up, baby out of car seat and Into pram eventually headed for the lift.. To see it was out of order. No other way to get down to the main floor. Mum managed to speak to security who told us to walk to the exit barrier and speak to security who would let us out. Totally Unsafe in any circumstance. No signs anywhere telling us about the lifts. Total lack of H&Safety especially for wheelchair users, elderly and parents with small children who can't use stairs. Do not use car park.

Beware - No obvious signs stating a 6pm closing time, which is inconvenient on a weekend evening anyway. Having to get train home and come back the following day ! Notices do not indicate the closing times so thank you for ruining a great date night

Beware—we were locked in without warning over a Bank Holiday, which ruined our break. Had to get a train home and come back two days later to retrieve the car. The notices do not indicate the car park will be locked overnight, nor that it is closed on Bank Holidays. Avoid!
